| Although our forum has a Canadian theme, we do accept members from anywhere. We want everyone to experience a fun environment in which they feel comfortable, no matter where from. So let's all get along and have fun, EH.
Our forum has several rules we abide by to make everyone’s experience more enjoyable:
1. Be nice.
- NO BEGGING!!!! - Use appropriate language. - Post in English only. - Members should post in a way that is respectful of others. Abusing members or other sites in any way will not be tolerated. - Once you’ve made a post, it’s permanent. You have a short period of time to edit the post. Please think before you post.
2. Respect administrators and moderators.
- If you have a problem with administration, PM (private message) them directly. Do NOT berate staff in public or bad mouth our forum in anyway. - Any bad mouthing of our forum or staff in posts will NOT be tolerated.
3. No spam.
- Posting ads (spam) is not tolerated here under any circumstance. This includes but is not limited to referral links, promotional links, and personal websites. Users posting spam will be warned and their post removed. - The above forum rule also applies to private messaging. If you receive a PM with spam please PM admin or a mod immediately.
4. Respect PRIVATE tournaments.
- NEVER post PRIVATE tournament passwords for any events related to any other forum in our forum. - Likewise, NEVER share passwords for our events with anyone at anytime in any way. - If a member asks you for a password advise them to take their request to admin or a mod. - If you know of a member who is sharing passwords PLEASE PM ADMIN IMMEDIATELY.
5. Respect the threads.
- NO thread hijacking (for instance, asking questions or offering advice unrelated to the topic of the original post) - Moderators will delete off-topic posts in a thread. - Post your message in the relevant forum. Read the forum descriptions before posting. - Please do NOT post the same message in different forums or threads.
6. Post clearly.
- Use ALL CAPS sparingly. - Use proper grammar and punctuation. - If you are bad at spelling, use spell check. - Please minimize use of outside smiley faces and images.
BANISHMENT / WARNINGS
In order to keep the community friendly, our moderators monitor the forum regularly. Users found to be in conflict with any of the above rules will be subject to warnings. Banishment is a last resort and is used at the discretion of the site operators. Users CAN be banned without warning. If you are unsure of any of the rules please contact a moderator BEFORE posting.
Admin has the final say on forum posts and reserve the right to edit, lock, or delete any post.
